We have a great family in Martinsville (section of Bridgewater) searching for a part time afternoon Nanny-Family Assistant for their 6 year old daughter.
(Morning hours are also available but not required).
The schedule is Monday through Friday with the required hours being 4pm to 8pm.
Additional hours can be added to equal a total of 30 guaranteed hours per week - either all on one day or broken up throughout the week.
Morning hours from 7am to 9am are available but the nanny is not required to work these hours.
The ideal start date is immediate but the family has some flexibility.
They are hoping for a long term commitment.
The 6 year old is at school from 8am to 430pm each day.
The childcare related tasks will include picking her up in the afternoons and helping with homework, dinner, and the evening routine.
Family Assistant tasks will be performed when the child is at school and will include errand running, simple meal prep, laundry, and general household tidiness and organization.
Mom and dad both work outside of the home as physicians.
It is very important that they are on time and at work each day.
This position requires and heightened level of timeliness and reliability.
The COVID Vaccine is preferred but not required.
Boosters are not required.
Driving is required and it is requested that the nanny use their own car.
Additional compensation for gas and car use will be provided.
There is a friendly dog in the home- a golden retriever! Care for the dog is minimal.
There is also a 16 year old child that is completely independent and will not require anything from the Nanny.
The family are offering a generous weekly pay based on the agreed upon guaranteed hours.
